Do you know what Breathwork is?
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses conscious breathing as a tool to explore, release and transform emotions, traumas and blockages. It is a path to deeply connect with ourselves, achieve states of deep presence and relaxation and awaken our inner potential.
About me: With over 20 years of experience working with energy and powerful tools like EFT, hypnosis, NLP and guided meditation, I have inspired thousands of women to achieve their goals and live fuller lives. In 2015, I launched the "Ready for Romance" program in Brazil, which had more than 8 thousand participants.
My YouTube channel has more than 10 years of existence and thousands of views, where I share EFT and practices for personal growth.
My Personal Story: As a Brazilian who has lived in the United States since 1999, I went through great challenges. I stopped working with "Ready for Romance" after the loss of my beloved husband, and for a while, I believed I would never find love again. However, with the tools I shared in the program, I manifested a new relationship and today I live happily. When I think about my story, I know that it is possible to live abundantly. There are laws that work for everyone, regardless of age, religion, background.
Sam Segui: An electrical engineer, he has always displayed an innate talent for numbers, but it is his intense curiosity about the human mind that makes him a truly different engineer. Driven by his reading of Dain Heir's book "Being You", he ventured into a barre course taught by Miria's friend Elaine. That's how they met! Today, they not only share married life, but also join forces professionally.
With certification in Korean Yoga since 2019 and a dedicated commitment to studying the body and respiratory system, Samuel has accumulated several breathwork certifications. He currently leads breathwork groups in Puerto Rico and Brazil, collaborating closely with Miria to facilitate journeys of self-discovery and well-being.
